Old Mister Viddy has been down in the workshop engraving glass with my Ortur diode laser.  I ain't no master artisan but I enjoy working on this medium.

I've been working on smaller pieces of scrap glass just to dial in the speed and cut power on my laser but things are coming along nicely.  Engraving glass with a laser is pretty freaking cool but dang, it is an investment in time.
